Initiated by Laurence Boudaud and Valérie Verecchia Allouard, Kasavox is the first housing social network. It allows users to discover and share about housing through construction, renovation, sustainable development, garden, decoration and design.
It must combine both individuals and professionals, who have special features for highlight their achievements. A users' community' share their ideas, tricks, hints and recommendations. Novelys is involved in technical achievement since the beginning, such as development, maintenance, processes and hosting architecture setup.

The Sphinx technology is used to provide flexible searches, multifaceted, to easily filter based on the 4 website universes.
Like the Facebook or LinkedIn activity feed, we developed a flexible and powerful system for the project. It groups two essential types of information: modifications of the social graph (recommended pro, contacts added) and my network publishing.
Kasavox is the first social network centered on home interior design linking individuals and professional in order to support construction projects, renovation, ect.

To ensure both continuity and availability, the Novelys team set up a redundant cluster of servers. a mis en place un cluster de machines redondantes. To do so we used replication capacities of MySQL and used GlusterFS. It allows us to develop a replicated network file system (like RAID 1) for data submitted by users. Furthermore the architecture uses a load replication system to optimize the cost and servers usability ratio. We have an architecture that have an easy and quick scalability for the future.
